My husband and I went to Atlanta for the weekend and stayed at the Hampton since we've always had great experiences with them. Check in was a 3:00pm and we got there about 2:45, we were told our room was not ready yet. So we waited until 3:10 and went back and were told our room still was not ready... more

This seems to be where I end up when I have work to do in the Peachtree/Centennial Park area of downtown Atlanta. I'll frequently find the Omni and Embassy Suites booked up with conventioneers, but the Hampton will still have rooms in the price range that I'm willing to pay. The location is great for my purposes... within an easy... more

We booked one night at the Hampton Inn because we've had good luck at Hampton Inns in the past and it was a good location for the things we wanted to do while in Atlanta - Aquarium, Coke Museum, Park, etc. Service was above average while we were there so I feel bad giving the hotel a low rating but... more

We stayed here June 21-22 while in town to see the Braves. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to two Marta stations, the CNN center, Centennial Park, The Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola. Check in was easy, the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The lobby is nice and very clean. The elevators... more

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past few years. The property is always very clean, the decor is warm and inviting. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. This is a downtown hotel so the rooms are a bit smaller than average. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. more

Hotel is immaculate! Constantly saw people cleaning throughout the day. Rooms are larger than average. Super location! Breakfast buffet is very satisfying. Nice little snack shop helped out the late night munchie attack! Walking distance to Convention Center, CNN, Aquarium, & Peachtree Street MARTA Station. Right across the street from a Marriott & Westin...more bang for your buck at Hampton... more

I arrived in Atlanta 5 days after the tornado hit the downtown area. The street on which the hotel was located was blocked off to traffic, but a cop let me through. I wasn't allowed to park in the Hampton Inn parking lot b/c the Westin (which is right next door) still had falling glass. So they accomodated me with... more

We stayed here March 6-8, 2008. This is a nice Hampton in downtown Atlanta. It is about 2 blocks from the Peachtree Center MARTA station and about 2 blocks from Olympic Centennial Park. There are restaurants in walking distance, but most are chain ones like Hard Rock and Hooters. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and... more

We stayed here for 5 nights while attending a Tony Robbins seminar (which was excellent). The rooms are the usual Hampton Inn type, which I think are quite nice. The front desk staff was VERY, VERY helpful to us on several occasions. I have two complaints, though. We were on the third floor, and the street noise was too loud... more

We stayed overnight at the Hampton Inn to attend a football game, and were very pleased with our hotel. Good location ( we walked to the CNN center, the Georgia Dome, the Coke Factory, and out for dinner and drinks in the evening). Check in was fine - clerk barey noticed we were there but managed to get us in.... more
