This is a two star hotel with a four star location. The hotel is shabby and needs a major face lift. The tub was not very clean and the shower has a small piece of glass instead of a shower curtain and the water seemed to be everywhere despite our attempts to be careful. Great location, just away from the noise and madness of Times Sq, but handy for everything else. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean and quiet. Never heard any noise from other rooms. Never had to wait long for the lift and the view from the top floor was amazing. Highly recommended!!! more

Security was a joke.... elevators took forever and during my stay had to deal with constant issues with guest getting stuck. Package was lost, by guess who???? Security!!!! Word of advice, get rid of your entire security staff, starting with the security manager and director... and maybe you would have a respectable hotel.
