We chose this hotel because we were trying to find something as close as possible to Times Square for under $400. As it turned out, this hotel was $406 after adding in the taxes and fees. At the moment, this hotel is getting renovated on its ground level. There is construction plywood along the front and the lobby has been... more

No doubt this building has some good things going for it. It is in a good location with easy access to subway line 6 which whizzes you up and down Manhattan and you can walk to Grand Central, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Cnter and so on. We wanted an apartment so as a family of 4 we could be together and... more

The Best Western Hospitality House is a friendly, casual hotel. Our room had a fold out sofa bed, and 2 bedrooms. The rooms themselves let in hardly any light in the morning and late afternoon, so we always had a light on in the sitting room. The beds are quite comfy. The decor is very old fashioned. The staff are friendly... more

On 1st inpressions you would not be too impressed with the lay out of the hotel, there is a really small front desk with no area for socialising, but the rooms are huge for New york standard, & very clean. we had a 2 b/room suite and found it to be an ideal base for our visit. it's in a... more

With three *ahem-something* pals in tow in a town just beginning to heat up for the summer. The BW HH came up trumps with a bargain bucket price for a two bed apartment in the heart of mid-town. Fifty quid a night per person was the main reason we chose this place and I would have been happy to pay... more

We could not believe our good luck at finding all this space in a NYC hotel. The hotel room was huge and the breakfast food ample. We had four beds for four people. Even better was the attitude of the staff- store our luggage? No problem. When I told them that we were coming from all over and wanted to... more

Free continental breakfast provided included fruit, bagels, muffins, cereals, juice, milk and coffee, with bread for toast. This was replenished everyday by the maid.Staff were... more

We could not have asked for more, the hotel room was more like a mini apartment! Lots of room, new furniture, very clean, nice hotel staff and my husband loved the fact that the kitchen was stocked with breakfast items. I would recommend this to anyone. You are still in the heart of New York city and walking distance to... more

This being our first time in NYC we relied soley on your website to help make a decision on a hotel. We were NOT disappointed!!! This hotel is AMAZING!!! It is quiet, clean, very friendly and professional staff (at all levels!!!!), huge rooms (former apartment building) with very generous breakfast foods. Honestly, I can not think of one thing we... more
