On the north side of San Diego off I-8 is a large selection of hotels. In the Hotel Circle, visitors will find something in every price range and hotel type. The Best Western Seven Seas is an older property that is well maintained. The small rooms are typical of the 1960's and 1970's. Two story buildings allow you to park... more

My wife and I were leaving on a two week cruise from San Diego. We were driving from Las vegas and didn't want to pay $200.00+ for parking. This Best western offered a room for $129.00 with two weeks free parking including a shuttle to and from the ship. This was a great deal since we were gong to spend... more

This hotel was very nice. Some of the rooms are located near the freeway, but they have a section in the back of the property which is very quiet and nice. The landscaping is nicely done and the staff were so pleasaant and accomadating. It was reasonable pricewise, and located within 10 or 15 minutes of most tourist activities. The... more

You get what you pay for. This is not a Marriott or Hyatt, you'll pay half the price and this hotel is very nice, clean with beautiful gardens. In this area, it's a gem. I have already stayed at the Super 8 just next to the Best Western and I won't go back for sure. We didn't find the room... more

Me and my wife needed a little time to ourselves and thought San Diego would be the perfect place. It was more of a last minute trip and were looking for a good deal. After searching and reading reviews on the internet we chose the Seven Seas. Check in was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I... more

Stayed here for 3 nights in late July and liked it enough to stay there again. Free parking right by room, although I notice the parking lot was pretty dark at night. Doesn't bother me but single women traveling alone might care. Room was just average, with dated looking furnishings, and a carpet that needed to be replaced soon. Still... more

I stayed at this location with my brother in law while attending Comic-con in San Diego. With all the hotels downtown sold out, this was the closest we could get that wouldnt cost us $175 a night. After reading some of the reviews on here, ill admit I was pretty weary about what to expect. Let me just say that... more

I did a lot of research trying to find a place that wouldn't break the bank and was close to major attractions. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was free. The food at the restaurant is good, but a bit high. The pool was a little scummy as was the second hot tub outside the pool. It is a safe... more

This hotel is very average, but clean. When booking this hotel all I really cared about was finding a CLEAN, affordable hotel in a safe neighborhood. This hotel meets all of the above. It was full of families looking for the same things. I would have no problem staying here again. For $99.00 a night it cant be beat! more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night during a week stay in San Diego. We were unfamiliar with the area and after searching websites, booked through bestwestern.com. We would have stayed longer, but ended up getting a better deal through Priceline that night. The front desk staff was polite and didn't have a problem when we... more
