Stayed for a couple of days at this fairly nice resort. The property was well kept. The ponds were green, but I don't know it that was on purpose or not. Rooms were nice. They had A/C that worked well. Enjoyed the Adult pool. Hated that the ice machines are in the pool areas which are locked up when they... more

My wife and I wanted a nice private resort style get away on the coast in SanDiego, and we got a nightmare. First of all a $22 per night parking Fee?They couldnt just raise their rates to include the parking fee? Well no they couldnt for a few reasons. First of all the room we stayed in was shabby, carpet... more

Don't expect to use your cell phone or have wi-fi access. Very sketchy cell phone service on the property, I have AT&T wireless and did not have access in my room. I had to wonder around outside of my room to find a signal. Also, no wi-fi access except in the lobby of the hotel. Didn't like the $12 charge... more

We stayed at this resort for a total of 4 nights. We were in an "executive suite" and initially were excited by the prospects of a nice room. The grounds were nice inasmuch as they had mature landscape (albeit a LOT of asphalt). We were a bit suspicious when the bellhop that drove us in a golfcart to the suite... more

We had a very nice week in California. The hotel staff was on top of everything. Well worth the money. Great rooms and location. more

We stayed in the first weekend of October to attend conference. Prior to the trip, we were promised "luxurious resort at tropical setting" The driveway leads into resort seem luxurious and impressive. However, this is the only luxury part of this so called resort. Our gardenview "suite" has terrible odor like no one had stayed in this room for long... more

I went to Paradise Point for a family wedding. This place is absolutely not worth the money and I'm not even sure they should be calling themselves a Resort. My first complaint is that it is laid out in the most convoluted, confusing way it could possibly be. You never know where you are or how to get from Point... more

We stayed at the resort for a one night anniversary get away. The room we stayed in was very old (rusted plumbing, peeling walls, loud fan). The grounds around the place were really awesome though. Very tropical. The food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. The wait staff was courteous. more

We read reviews and were concerned, but took a chance. We were in room 150 so can only report on that. It was amazing! The rooms were very clean, very spacious, and very quiet. The bathroom was larger than normal. Each room has both a front and back patio. The one negative is the pond does have a odor to... more

Just returned from this resort after a weekend stay with my family. Driving onto the property the lush landscaping was beautiful, reminded me of Maui. Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. Proprerty looks nice and probably was wonderful when it was originally built but is in need of an update, at least the parts of the resort we experienced.... more
