After reading a review on Orbitz - I called the Hotel directly and they honored the online rate. I received the best service from everyone. My room was HUGE - non ocean view with a big HG TV. The b-fast was good as was the happy hour from 4 - 5pm. The location was amazing and the pool was great. more

We had a good stay at Pacific Terrace Hotel. We got a good deal on a non-ocean view, but ended up getting a room with patio views to the ocean. This hotel lived up to the pictures and reviews on Orbitz.com. The staff was always very friendly, gave great restaurant recommendations. The rooms were very clean, new, large plasma HD tvs, porches with shutters, clean and modern bathrooms, all fixtures in great shape and more tasteful than your average "tropical" designs. We stayed in an ocean view suite ie king bed and sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa was supposed to be queen but one 7 year old barely fit. The accommodations themselves were above average but not excellent, though they were very clean. The staff here are definitely their best asset.
