The location is ideal! Literally steps away from Boston's Mass Transit, known as the "T". You are steps away from Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Quincy Market Place, The North End, The Aquarium, Pubs, restaurants, shopping, EVERYTHING. Stay here and you won't need a car. The rooms were not luxurious, BUT they were clean and SUPER comfortable. Large screen TV in all... more

This hotel could not be better placed with easy access to the airport, the waterfront and the city centre. As all the guide books recommend I booked a city view and was a little disappointed to have a third floor room at the rear with an uninteresting view of a back street. To that extent the name Harborside is a... more

Second time I've stayed here in the past 6 months. Very reasonably priced, located in a great spot on State Street and right next to the Aquarium t stop ! Free wireless internet was an added bonus and allowed me to get some work done while I was in my room in between client meetings. Will make sure to stay... more

Third time in Boston, second time here. One of the best prices we found - location is great - just blocks from North End, Ferries, Freedom Trail. Nice clean modern remodeled room, great front desk. Check your bags if you have a later flight and pick them up later. Only thing missing is a good sit down breakfast place that... more

This was our second trip to Boston and this place is a gem! It is located very close to the North End as well as the Salem Ferry. The staff was very laid back and courteous. This hotels a great value and has a minimalist, yet comfortable design and vibe. I was excited to find an audio reciever in my... more

Hotel is well situated close to the harbour, shops, bars, pubs, eating houses, market -in fact a really good location. Underground is outside the hotel and is easy to use. Try staying on the top floor as the view is really good. Tea and coffee is availiable all day long which is good first thing in the morning, last thing... more

Booked thru Booking.com. Hotel is excellent value, amenities and location. Usually stayed at Omni Parker House but in the area this hotel is also excellent without the Omni price tag. Very close to tourist things and for business too. Room was good size and the renovated bathroom was a good size and great quality. The foyer coffee and internet access... more

This was our third time at the Harborside Inn. Don't expect a lot of bells & whistles as the hotel offers little in the way of amenities, but it is a truly reliable and affordable place to stay near the waterfront. The rooms are not large, but offer plenty of space for two people. The bathrooms could use some updating,... more

The hotel was nice. It was built over 100 years ago but recently updated. The rooms are very nice, and well appropriated. Checking in is somewhat of a hassle. We had to park in a lot a block down and walk over to the hotel in the rain to find out the parking lot for the hotel was an additional... more

We decided to go to Boston to celebrate our 20th anniversary so we spent much time on the internet checking out hotels/locations, etc. We decided on Harborside due to the location, price, etc. We were more than happy when we arrived. First, the hotel is right across the street from the blue "t" (train) station. It was VERY convenient coming... more
