Having arrived tired from long days travel all started well with the free shuttle bus arriving promptly, and a friendly driver assisting with our luggage. A short drive and we were there. Rooms at the back of the hotel have great views of the Boston Skyline and harbour but considering the amount of time spent in your room is it... more

I did not even have to stay at this hotel to receive a poor impression. I was charged a $25 fee to cancel my reservation 6 weeks in advance. I am told it is a Hyatt policy and after 7 phone calls have not been able to get the fee waived. This is not standard practice to charge to cancel... more

We stayed here for a couple of nights on both sides of our flight in and out of Boston. The hotel airporter picked us up in a timely manner and the driver went out of his way to let us know that they would take us to the subway later if we wanted to go into town. Worked like a... more

I stayed in Hyatt one night whilst on a business trip. I used their free shuttle from the aiport, it is a nice shuttle but makes so many stops, I was on the thing for over a half hour for a hotel that is 3 miles from the airport. Had I known this, I would have taken a cab. I... more

Stayed at the HYatt recently near the airport. Its a nice location but BEWARE the onsite parking is 32.00 per day over night. They "convienently' failed to mention this when we made our reservation. YOu can park nearby at the airport parking lot overnight for only 18.00 a day and use the Hyatt free shuttle to get back and forth!... more

We booked this hotel for our last night as we had a 9am flight back to UK. Wonderful room, location and excellent service but we only managed to get two hours sleep. The problem is that the room doors do not have any pressure closing hinges, and therefore slam very loudly. In fact, no matter where along the corridor you... more

Stayed here for 6 nights as part of a 2 week vacation in the USA.We chose this hotel as we were hiring a car and were uncertain about the parking in downtown Boston.Parking at 32 dollars / day was, we felt very expensive especially as we were staying at the hotel for a week-no reduction.Hotel itself was pleasant with clean... more

Stayed at the Hyatt 4 nights. Not sure if it's a 4 star, but it's close. Let's go 3-1/2 to be safe. Room was comfortable, clean and fairly large. Bed and pillows were super! Bathroom was OK...clean but in need of an update and re-grouting. Has a business center but WOW..crazy expensive. Great views both sides. Fun glass elevator. Really... more

Ok, Our family likes to go to Boston for a weekend before school starts. Last year we stayed in Framingham and drove in. This year I wanted to stay closer. Hotel rates are insane in the city and all they had were rooms with 1 bed (king or Qn). We had 3 people. This was the only hotel I found... more

We paid $167 (with taxes) on Priceline for one night at the Hyatt Harborside. We were given a room opposite the harbor on the 14th floor which faced the airport. We actually enjoyed watching the planes take off and land and the windows were completely sound proof. We ate dinner at their restuarant (Harborside Grill). We were given a table... more
