Good confortable hotel downtown Boston. Rooms are spacious with the Heavenly Beds which always make a stay at the Westin worth your while. Had no problem with internet, room service was great - no glitch. Exactly what you expect from this kind of hotel. Great location for shopping and sight seeing. Close to T stop, Newbury Street and connected to Prudential and Copley Place malls. The rooms are a bit tired, probably from high usage but are spacious and comfortable. The Westin Copley Place is a great tourist hotel. more

I booked this hotel through a conference that I was attending in Boston. Rate was about $300/night. Location: Copley Square Downtown Boston. Pretty good location. Boylston street is not far away. I found an excellent rate on hotels.com If I remember correctly, they only have valet parking which may be great for some, but I prefer coming and going as I please. But the car was always waiting for us by the time we got downstairs. Not to mention the valet charge$ and tip!!! The hotel is beautiful and very big.... more
