Big rooms with suite-style lounge, microwave , fridge and coffee machine. Hotel out of town but not a problem as hourly shutle bus right to downtown (10/15 mins drive) and not very far to walk over bridge into Cambridge for metro/underground - T at Central. Great for visiting Harvard as well and for running by the river. Jazz club was... more

Recently stayed at this hotel for 4-nights and it was pleasant, if unremarkable. Location was just okay. I was glad to have a room with a view of the city and not what looked to be a chemical plant next door. Once in the hotel, the atmosphere was good. Facility was clean and pretty quiet. I do find hotels with... more

I frequently pass through Boston and stay at this Doubletree every time. The service is consistently excellent, the staff always welcoming and professional. The recent renovations in the lobby, the restaurant and the fitness center were executed in a commendable fashion and resulted in a superior lodging experience. Staying at this property always makes my business travel much more pleasurable,... more

We got a great deal on Priceline, it's a little off the beaten track, but for a few nights its great. There is a free shuttle to and from various places around the city. The rooms are great, plenty of room, after New York it's a mansion! The staff are friendly and helpful. Erica on the front desk went out... more

For the past five years, my college girlfriends and I have stayed at the Doubletree the weekend after Thanksgiving. It is our annual trek to Boston and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The accomodations are great...very clean and comfy. The staff are polite and most helpful and the food is great. The location is terrific as it's a quick taxi... more

Enjoyed another great weekend at the Doubletree in Boston. I've stayed there 3 times in the past 2 years since my family stayed there in Aug 2006 to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. My parents anniversary weekend was wonderful in large part to the hotel's friendly staff and their thoughtful suggestions for activities that would appeal to the different... more

We stayed here for two nights, at a great rate of $120/night thanks to Priceline. The hotel is a little off the beaten path - in a no-man's land between Boston and Cambridge. The hotel and the staff, however, make up for the location's shortcomings. A complimentary shuttle is available, though we just walked to the Cambridge T stop or... more

My husband and I drove from Vermont to see a Red Sox game, and spent one night at the Doubletree Guest Suites. We booked the room on Priceline and were pleased at getting such a good rate. When we arrived at the hotel and went up to our room, we found a beautiful 2-room suite with TWIN BEDS in the... more

Just spent 2 nights at the Doubletree guest suites in Boston. Great place! highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Boston. The location is perfectly located just off the Mass Pike for easy access with the Charles River on the other side. Enjoyed watching the scullers from my rooms large window overlooking the river. The hotel looks as though it... more

The Doubletree is in a fabulous location and is VERY easy to get to from the Mass Pike. It is within walking distance to much of Boston. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great view of the Charles River. When traveling with my family it is great to have a suite as we all fit in very nicely.... more
