This is a wonderful place. All of the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are pretty much at your beck and call. They are very knowledgeable about the area and are entertaining at the evening wine tasting. The rooms are nice--the windows even open. This hotel was fantastic! I used to work in the hotel industry and have stayed at plenty of different places but this place truly rocks! It has a laid back attitude but is still stylish and hip. We visited the Hotel Carlton in September 08 and it was an extremely friendly and welcoming hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and tidy rooms. It is an absolute must to eat in the The Saha Restaurant in the hotel, the food was out of this world. Make sure that you go to the wine tasting every evening. more
