I am a recruiter so I travel a LOT. I typically stay at Hilton's but this time we needed a hotel restaurant in the heart of Dallas for a business dinner. From start to finish the staff at the Westin was surprisingly unprofessional. Here are the things I observed and found to be disappointing and impacting the business I was... more

The hotel, while still nice, has declined since my last stay in May 2006. The most obvious example was the plastic-wrapped plastic cups in the bathrooms, compared with the glasses they had before. Service was still very good and it's a very convenient location, so still a good choice for downtown. more

This was a great stay. Only stayed one night. Family of four (2 children - 6 year old and 2 month old). Room was 2 queens size beds and was very spacious. Very Clean and I am a clean fanatic. We stayed in room 311. more

I stayed here 10 years ago when it was the Le Meridian and it was a classy place. The age shows a bit in places now that it is the Westin. It is still a good hotel for downtown dallas but parts of the hotel were worn and looked old. Rooms were nice. Very comfortable beds and widescreen tvs. Spacious... more

Located downtown but not to far from the uptown area where there are some decent restaurants. I stayed in a King bed size room and it was just ok. Westin is know for their Heavenly beds and thats all this hotel had to offer. The room was quite small and looked dated. I have stayed at Fairfield Inns that look... more

Westin City Center, Dallas. This Westin is part of a multi-use complex which includes a small mall with food court, shops and an indoor ice skating rink. Connected to Adam's Mark Hotel (soon to be Sheraton) via covered skybridge. Clean room had typical upscale Westin-style furniture with floor to ceiling windows. Our windows faced downtown, some rooms face the indoor... more

I had a junior suite which is very spacious and was on a starwood preferred floor. THe hotel was easy to get to from the airport and is connected to a mall area with lots of breakfast and lunch places. I was there Easter weekend so nothing was open. I went to the gym and enjoyed the tv's connected to... more

I stayed here for a conference. Room was clean and looked recently renovated. Great shower/tub with a nice dual shower head. Room was very clean. Lobby area is quite small. Service in the hotel restaurant was slow and unresponsive. No pool. more

To save wear & tear on your eyes, I’ll try to offer this review information as concisely as possible. After my 3-day stay at this Westin, here’s what I think... The Pros - Acceptably clean room (there was some garbage in the closet left behind by a previous occupant, and some small stains on the chairs, but everything else was... more

My fiance and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The [first] room, #221, seemed very nice - tasteful decor, Starbucks coffee for the coffeemaker, etc. - until we discovered pieces of wet plaster falling from the ceiling onto the bed. Unfortunately this discovery occurred AFTER we had unpacked, showered, and gotten into that same bed. ICK. We reported... more
