Pleasantly surprised after reading negative reviews. Our room on 12th floor was fairly spacious, clean and neat. We were in Chicago for a seven-night (shopping and eating!) break so were hardly in our room. Had done some last minute shopping before check-out and found that access to our room had been deactivated while we were out! No other complaints. more

Be aware that this is a very basic hotel. We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the accomodations. Much better than when we were here five years ago. This time we had a remodeled corner room on the 12th floor with 3 windows and a view. The staff was efficient and treated us great. We would definitely return for a third time. more
