Great beds, great baths, great service overall, great location. Avoid top floor rooms because of noise from the air conditioning units. Regulating room temperature can get a little challenging. Spa is mediocre and overpriced. Concierge was wrong on lyric opera times, so we were 1/2 hour late. Parking is expensive. more

Stayed at the James for 4 nights. Thought I had died and gone to heaven. Superb room. Bed had pillow top and was about 6 foot wide. Massive T.V. on wall. Fully stocked fridge. Coffee maker.
