We have just returned home from a weekend in Chicago. Ihave to say our stay was awesome! The hotel was nicer than expected. The staff was friendly, courtious, and helpful. The location was excellent close to busline navy pier and boat tours. Two blocks to mag mile and lots of shopping. Will definitely stay here again!!! more

Hotel is excellently located to Magnificent Mile (5 mins walk), Navy Pier & Theatre district (15 mins walk). Rooms are good quality and clean, what you would expect from a four star business hotel. Gym is very well equipped (for a fee). Front Desk Staff were shockingly bad. Very unwelcoming and seemed like they did not want to be there.... more

My stay at this hotel was a great experience. The rooms are large, the view was wonderful overlooking Navy Pier. The bar had great drink selections, but was very expensive. We booked through "Purely America" of England and we had read some pretty bad reviews before travelling but we found the Swissotel to be very classy, very clean, and very comfortable with superb beds and brand new bathrooms.
