We just came back today from a wonderful stay at LBV. We stayed there from 10/17-10/25. The staff was very courteous and the rooms were clean. We had a disney view room on the 14th floor and saw the fireworks from our balcony. We ate a couple of times in the hotel restaurant and found the food to be good.... more

Just returned from vacation on a whim. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean; a little dated, but clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. If you stay poolside and high enough for $20 extra per night you can see the fireworks from Epcot at night. Continuous shuttle to Disney. Having stayed at Disney multiple times on and off site, I can honestly say I'm happier with this hotel than any other I've stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly. The only issue I have with staff (which really isn't even a staff issue) is the high pressured sales "guest relation" desk. It's really just a time share sales desk.... more

I honestly could not recommend this hotel to anyone. We arrived around 8.30pm to a queue of people waiting for the front desk. One group were rechecking in after they arrived the night before to no available rooms and were told to go across the street to another hotel - even though they had a confirmed booking! GOOD THINGS: nice bed, nice linens, enough towels, nice paid breakfast, little shop at lobby has it all , the guys at vallet parking are very helpfull BAD THINGS: Air conditioned like a jet ! We stayed at the BWLBV from September 1st through 8th and had a wonderful time! The room was a nice size and clean. The hotel is older but well maintained. We walked to Downtown Disney and took the bus back every night. The only negative was the breakfast bar! It was horrible! I would suggest driving just about a mile... more

I had read the reviews after booking this hotel and was absolutely dreading it! We stayed here for ten nights as part of a two center holiday.
