I use this hotel as a business traveller. Its phantastic and relaxed atmosphere makes you forget that you are actually on a business trip. Beautifully furbished rooms, very cosy atmosphere and wonderful wellness area. Breakfast could be slightly more innovative. more

Our stay at the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa was the best Hotel we have stayed in. Being in the Hospitality World all of my working life and my husbands business trips around the world, we have traveled a bit and this Hotel gives what it advertises. The hotel is spotless and very inviting with the traditional theme. The Spa... more

Neither the hotel's superb setting nor its perfect accessibility distiquish the Alchymist from other Prague lodging options as much as its impeccable service. It is evident that customer orientation has been the fundamental principle in selecting the in-room services and amenities offered. Most importantly though, the Alchymist staff are remarkably kind, committed and discreet people who could easily make any... more

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at the Alchymist hotel in Prague. The hotel is beautiful throughout with an amazing spa in the basement. The staff were extremely helpful. We had I believe one of the cheaper rooms but it was still lovely The bed was really comfortable, the only criticism I can think of is that there... more

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Prague. Its location is perfect - close to all the major sights, yet tucked away from the touristy hustle and bustle. We have stayed in both a Junior Suite and a Deluxe Room. The Deluxe Room was definitely a lot smaller than... more

We had a lovely room in a grand hotel that was in a good location for walking access to most tourist attractions. Prague has many historical sites that are well worth seeing. We made use of the spa facilities followed by an envigorating massage. The food was delicious both in the hotel and the surrounding area. A lovely finishing touch... more

If you want the hotel to be part of your Prague experience, you should choose the Alchymist hotel. My fiancé and I recently took a small romantic getaway to Prague for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. It was our second time at the Alchymist hotel and, just like the first time, we loved it. The atmosphere is amazing in... more

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff of The Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. The were attentive at all times without ever being overpowering. In my experience this is difficult for hotels to achieve but not so for The Alchymist. The Hotel itself was beautifully maintained and... more

I have just spent one week in Prague, at the Alchymist Hotel in Mala Strana, and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is magnificent! It is small, comfortable and exclusive. All the members of the staff are very friendly and helpful (which is very pleasant considering the bad quality of service in most other places!). The Aquarius restaurant is... more

We have just returned from our 2nd stay at the Alchymist Hotel and Spa and intend to go back....need I say more? However, I will expand on this wonderful haven we feel privilaged to have found. Even before our arrival, the taxi driver told us that it was one of the best hotels in Prague and was 'very grand' .... more
