The hotel is a 10-minute uphill walk from the Mykonos town so it was very nice for the owner to pick us up from the pier. (He also dropped us off when we left.) We have a sea-view room as advertised. Unfortunately, it was also a view of some big construction (we were later told that the town was expanding... more

The view? Rhapsody in Blue. The style? Tasteful simplicity. The setting? Candy coloured. The bathroom? With lovely fish-like mosaics. Breakfast? Pomegranates and peach jam. The cat? Fancy. The barman? A celebrity chef. Atmosphere? Sophisticated. The boss? Quite simply remarkable. In the past? Petroula´s rooms. Today? Hotel Omiros. Recommendation? Stay longer than three days. Why? Find out. more

My 3 girlfriends and I (mid-20s) went to Mykonos for the beaches and nightlife, and were looking for a moderately-priced hotel. We loved hotel Omiros! The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable. There is also a great outdoor bar area to read, sleep, or chat. We had a balcony right outside our two rooms with an amazing view. Since... more
