The hotel that we booked into was the hotel paganini in amsterdam ten minute fom the railway station opposite the brewery. From which the hotel inspectors must have come from before looking at it. On arrival there is a note on the door that you have to go to the sister hotel which is futher down the road this hotel... more

Please do not stay at this Hotel. They have no stars and no classification. You can verify this at the VVV/Tourist Office. A hotel in Holland must have a lift to be 3* and the bedrooms and bathrooms must be a certain size with an outside window. Complain and ask for your money back. They do not display any classification... more

Below in point form. Booked into the Hotel on the 22nd, hallway carpet dirty, bag of cement by the bedroom door, bed filled the room, no wardrobe, no drawers to keep our clothes, smell of urine, no ventilation. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Left after one night, never again!! more

A total misrepresentation of a 3 star hotel. A homeless shelter would have more stars -- no dresser, no nightstand, no space between beds, missing remote, phone was on the floor because there was no place to set it - a pretty shabby place all in all. I am shocked that it would be classified as three stars - one... more

How this hotel has any stars I fail to understand. How it can even be classed as a hotel is a joke. On entering the place it is filthy and cluttered. There was a sewerage smell in the stair up to our room. The carpet in the room was filthy, taps loose in the basin. Your wardrobe was 3 hooks... more

My wife and i booked a room at this hotel for 3 nights in April this year. It took us 5 minutes to see the room and pay a bloody price to get a cancellation. A small room on the 5th floor, no lift, no external window, no ventilation could be felt. Terrible. The booking company we used has now... more

As someone wrote in their Guest Book .. .a very nice place to break! We asked for a smoking double room, they confirmed and we have found nothing but one small room with no windows to be open, no ashtray and above all , the fire alarm on... so please smoke , the fire dept will come! Next day we... more

Our double room contained one double bed and one bedside cupboard (one small drawer and two tiny shelves). TV on the wall. Nothing else. Hanging space was two coathangers on a hook. This was an internal room with no window. A small amount of natural light came down the stairwell and into the room via a glass panel from the... more

We spent in the hotel 5 nights. In general we were satisfied with the hotel: good location (abt. 25-30 minutes from the centre on foot, or 10-15 minutes by tram, the tram station is very near to the hotel), friendy staff, delicious buffet breakfast, room cleaning and towel change every day. The bathroom is clean, spacious, confortable. The window is big... more
