what a disapointment. we paid nearly 1000 pounds for a five day stay. the room was antiquated and had no mod cons we have come home with some kind of bites on our body, it was dire do not go there. more

the hotel is not deserving of its 3 stars. The room which we stayed in was meant to be a honeymoon suite which was shocking. The bathroon had a leaking roof not to mention the hazadous situation a guest could be faced with as the roof was leaking onto a blowdryer. Mostly frequented by Europeans the Europa's location is fine - not smack in the middle of the pictureque canal district but only a fifteen minute walk from it (which would account for the reasonable price).... more

I stayed at the hotel a few weeks back, the location as mentioned by other reviewers is good, everything is either a short walk or you'd have to catch a nearby tram, which is still pretty good.
