I'd like to add my voice to the chorus of people raving about this hotel. It ranks amongst my top hotels in the world as the service was perfection, the rooms were perfectly capturing the splendor of Florence and I would come back here any day! more

I had read previous reviews that had described this hotel as perhaps the best hotel in the world. After having stayed there for a week (Dec. 26- Jan 2), I agree. Where to start. The property itself is simply amazing. The common areas of the atrium, bar, and restaurant are extraordinarily beautiful. We were in a deluxe room which was... more

What can you say? This hotel is really out-of-this-world. The building is exquisite and how many other urban hotels can boast such extensive gardens? Maybe our only regret was that we weren't at the hotel in summer to take better advantage of the latter. The service is really wonderful and attentive... so much so that the waiters were almost falling... more

This hotel is sensational. The palazzo is absolutely beautiful , the quality , taste and style of the furnishings is impeccable and the service is tops. It's amazing that a hotel in a city location has such massive grounds which in summer would be a delight. The location isn't great it has to be said but if you don't mind... more

I and my husband booked this trip to Florence because we wanted to see the new Four Seasons Hotel. We had several experience of staying in Four Seasons, both in Asia and in Europe. But I must say that this Four Seasons is the best. The magnificent park is an absolute attribute to this hotel. The staff are very helpful... more

The grounds are beautiful, and the fitness center and pool area -fantastic. The hotel is withing walking distance of everything. The staff are not only very competent-they are very friendly and accomodating. This hotel was a treat to stay... more

This hotel is amazing. It’s more of an experience than a hotel. Take some time to appreciate the history of the place and the work and thought that has obviously gone into the restoration. Like somebody else has said the outside is very understated – many people would drive past – surely this is part of the appeal. The gardens... more

Most spectacular hotel. The service was incredible and it is in a quiet, magnificent area where you can get away from the crowded and noisy streets. We stayed in Room 125, the most luxurious room (as large as some people's houses) and bathroom which was equally large. Each room in the hotel is gorgeous and different b/c they took painstaking... more

This is by far an outstanding hotel. The service is second to none. The bedroom was large and had everything you would need on a holiday. The pool area was a welcome addition. Make sure to book in for a massage in the spa it was the best I have ever had. Great location with very helpful staff. more
