Stayed here with my wife in November 2007. The hotel directions state that it is 200 metres from the railway station, and it is!! The bus from the airports also stop at the train station (Santa Maria Novella) so the directions apply to both. I stayed here recently with two friends while we were traveling through Italy. At first the hotel seems rather sketchy, since it is pretty tucked away and you have to go through a lobby and up an elevator to get there.
