The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the major sights. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The walk from the train station was a little difficult on the narrow sidewalks with suitcases. We enjoyed our stay! more

Very basic hotel in a fabulous location. However, no matter how expensive Florence is - the Hotel is not worh £80 a night for a double room. Staff are friendly but do not bother with breakfast - there are many cafes around serving coffee and pastries for half the price. more

For inexpensive lodging in Florence, you may not be able to beat the Enza. It is only a few blocks from the train station, not on a busy street and therefore quiet, and you can walk to all the major Florence sites and central restaurants.
