San Frediano was a great stay for the money you pay. We got put into the huge double room with a living room and two bathrooms. It was great, since we were there for Valentines Day. We (mature couple and grown daughter) stayed in one of the large rooms overlooking the river - the view was lovely, the walk to Important Sites was pleasant, nearby restaurants were excellent. We lucked into a parking space right in front of the hotel and just left the car there, so no parking fees. Many great places for simple breakfast... more

We booked this place through Venere, the room was fairly large though the bathroom rather small and narrow. It also had a strong bleach smell so we opened the windows to air the room out.
