My husband and I stayed at this lovely B&B for 4 nights in May. The location was fantastic, right by the train station. Florence by no means is a large city, so everything (Accademia, Duomo, etc) was a 10-20 minute walk from the hotel. Just across the SMN train station. A busy bus stop is also situated outside the building. HUGE split-level bedroom with VERY cold floor. This is a small hotel. Our room had a double bed and 2 singles but with little space to move around. However the owner was very helpful. She gave us directions to get there, helped myself and the children with our bags while my husband parked the car (she had no spaces available as they are shared with another hotel).... more

We stayed here for three nights and found the Hotel to be well located (about five minutes walk from train station. The Hotel room was quite spacious and well appointed with a comfortable bed.
