The facilities are well kept and things work. The bed is comfortable and there is a good circulation. The location is a bit far from the city (by tourists' standard) though acceptable, and getting to the main attractions take half an hour or so when buses are running reasonably (but sometimes they don't). We stayed here 2 nights b/c we were waiting for a room at Fiorenza B&B. In all, it was clean. The furniture wasn't bad at all - in our room there were IKEA tables in addition to a huge bed and couch and TV. Would have preferred easy access to a fridge and kettle.
