Large bedrooms, great bathrooms and very competitively priced for Florence. However, it was the help we were offered by the Villa's reception desk that really made our trip. Great hotel for the price. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the major attractions, not the ten minute walk that is advertised.
