Lots of stairs to climb (54 steps to reception area) but if you're looking for cost-effective accommodations, this is it. Depending on if the room faces the street, you may need ear plugs to block out the street noise. Shared washroom had a "slow" toilet. The location is excellent (1 block away from the Duomo). We stayed at the Hotel Canada for one night as we were leaving for the airport the next day and it was convenient to the train station.
