Hotel is in a great location. Very close to all major sights and away from major train station (which is doggy at night). Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Definite Value for money. Bonus of a convenient store located directly downstairs. I highly recommend this place. more

This was simply the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a disgrace and falsely advertised. The staff were hostile and confrontational without any provocation at all, we had the worst holiday we have ever had and it has seriously tarnished our view of Florence and Italians. more

We stayed at this small hotel for 6 days last year. Excellent location, all main attractions in walking distance! Just off-maincentre. Clean and spacious room (we had one streetside) with cable Tv.
