This serenity is a small miracle given the extremely central location of the B&B. You could not ask for a better location nestled in between the Duomo and the Uffizi - you really are central to all the attractions that the beautiful city of Florence has to offer. Upon arrival either Danny, Peter or Suzanne will greet you and immediately make you feel at home. They are full of great advice; I can honestly say that with their help I have never had a bad meal in Florence!!! The rooms are always clean and comfortable and they offer a great little breakfast perfect to set you up for a morning of sightseeing and shopping. more » « less

We found Dei Mori online as we planned a whirlwind tour of several cities in Europe. Our accommodations while in Europe were all terrific, but ranged from definite "budget" digs to very high end, depending on what experience we were looking for in each particular city. Dei Mori, while not overpriced, felt on the higher end of things. It was... more

Dei Mori has a lot of really nice things going for it. Suzanne and Peter were very friendly and helpful hosts. The location is very quiet at night, even though it is close to a lot of the major attractions. The price is very good, especially if you stay at least 3 nights. However, as several people have said, the... more

This is a fabulous Florentine Bed & Breakfast. Charming, clean, comfortable, quiet and...best of all...well-situated. Everything is at your finger tips...or shoe tips! It is located amidst the main attractions of Florence and is walking distance to the train station. We didn't know that when we came so we took a taxi and the taxi driver pointed out what he... more

The DeiMori is a small, homey B&B located in the heart of Florence - the location couldn't be better. We traveled with another couple and our rooms were cozy and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the private baths were small but very adequate. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and the complimentary breakfast out on... more

A friend of ours recommended this B & B. It was perfect for our stay. Suzanne was extremely helpful in showing us great places to visit and shops to look out for. We found the room very well presented and breakfast on their small balcony was fun - with a view of the Duomo roof! Overall this place suited our... more

My husband, sister and I just returned from a tremendous “trip of a lifetime” to Italy. One of the things that made the trip so special was enjoying the Dei Mori and its delightful ambiance! Its location on a little side street in the heart of Florence is a true A-plus since it is within walking distance of most major... more

Dei Mori B&B in Florence was terrific! The location is perfect, centrally located on a quiet street. The rooms are lovely with charming decor and modern bathrooms. The entire place is warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. Suzanne made us feel welcome and gave us a very helpful orientation to the city. Her restaurant recommendations were right on. You can... more

My husband and I stayed at this B and B and was pleased overall. If you want a room that is great for location and only to sleep in then this is your place. Suzanne was very nice and helpful in explaining how to get to places around the city. On the down side we were disapointed that there wasn't... more

My husband and I stayed here in September 2008 and were impressed with the B&B on many different levels. While making reservations, I had the pleasure of communicating with Suzanne, who informed me that Dei Mori was booked for the time that we wanted to stay. However, rooms were available in the Badia House just downstairs. Upon booking a room... more

We stayed with Peter and Danni both at La Massa and then in Florence. La Massa can only be described as a haven of tranquility. Having breakfast overlooking the lush green valley starts the mood for the day. Peter and Danni often joined us and gave invaluable advice on the best way to enjoy the area and the best places... more
