The hotel is facing a big beautiful square. In a very old building. (Once owned by the Medicis.) You are very near to many of the historic sights. I stayed for two nights but hardly slept due to the continuous noise of homeless drunks directly opposite my room. When reported to reception I was informed the problem had persisted for the last six years. It was reported to the police regularly but nothing can be done to stop the problem. I cannot believe these reviews! I was booked on a tour which used Le Due Fontane and having read these reviews was greatly concerned. I called the tour company and voiced my concern.
