Had a room overlooking the street and garbage cans. Staff was very nice but the accomodations were dark and the noise started early in the a.m. and went on into the night. Across from a hostel and down an alley,.. breakfast was good .. but next time will try Another hohel. more

I do not understand people who shout “We absolutely loved….”. American overstatement perhaps. Mario’s is OK, but nothing to cheer about. It's in a convenient location, short walk to all the sights and the train station and we felt safe in the area. Loved Florence. Fantastic hotel at great prices. This was the last leg of our Italian trip. The hotel is cute on the inside and the staff is so very nice. Our room was not anything fabulous, but comfortable.
