AC is turned off at midnight. Opening the window cools the room, but the noise is unbearable. Busses go by all night, and the street is cleaned at 4:30 am every morning by loud sweepers. more

Maybe convenient one block from the train station, but noisy from the buses rumbling through, day and night, even with the window closed with the a/c on.
