Never ask for the familly room The air condition is not properly functioning and there is no space at all for 4 people. The staff was polite but not efficient and sometimes even make things worse. This location was very noisy, just a block away from the Duomo and in the middle of the busy tourist area. The staff was not very friendly. The location did aford us less walking, however, this place was not a highlight of our trip. more
