Wonderful find in Florence. Quiet hotel on pleasant street within easy walking distance of all the sights. Especially loved the room with the view of the Arno. Rooms are large, pleasantly decorated and beds were wonderful. Sitting area with online access was a pleasant surprise. I will stay here again! more

This small hotel has a great location, right near the Uffizi and the Ponte Vechio. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is on the second floor, and there are stairs to walk up to a very small elevator, but that's the only drawback. more

I would definetly recommend Hotel Alessandra. The staff is most helpful, and so, so friendly. They set up our reservations for museums, recommended restaurants, and arranged an amazing day tour of Pisa, Lucca, and (the best) winery tour. The rooms are clean and bright. Our stay at the Hotel Alessandra was wonderful. The location couldn't have been better because it was on a quiet side street in the historic center. A wonderful experience at Hotel Alessandra this October. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and historic part of Florence. We particularly liked the neighborhood and the very local feel of the hotel. Exactly what we were hoping to find in Florence and we cannot wait to return. more
