The hotel is ok. A 3 star basic hotel, no luxury what so ever. Only five minutes from Florences train station, which was handy. Staff were pleasant enough, rooms clean, and huge buffet breakfast. Not bad at all. One piece of advice though, close the windows on a night, I came back home covered in mozzie bites! more

Bed was so uncomfortable I slept on the floor - and my room was on the ground floor next to a parking lot with an automatic gate that screeched as it both openned and closed - each time someone left or returned to the hotel.
