We stayed for 4 day in January. Great location, approx 2 minutes to the Ponte Veccio. Hotel was very noisy as building works were going on, once till well after midnight. Upon complaining the next morning staff very much displayed a "so what" attitude. The room where you have your breakfast is one of the most depressing you will ever... more

We stayed several nights at the Hotel Berchielli. The room was actually small and dark, but the other attributes offset this. Our room was clean and furnished with high quality linens. We found the wait staff at breakfast and bar to be helpful and up-beat. The location is excellent for walking about the city. more

We had two rooms at the Berchielli for three nights in September 2007, and this is a terrific hotel for visiting Florence.
