This was my second stay at the Pierre. First time was almost 5 years ago. I liked the hotel location and that it was relatively modern and clean. Last time I visited as a single person and I was placed in a room whose only window was facing a wall no more than 1 meter away, therefore almost no sunlight.... more

Stayed 3 nights in Sept 08. Certainly didn't expect this type of hotel when we booked. What we got was a large room which was almost newly redone. Location was excellent, a 2 minute walk from the ponte Vecchio. Service was outstanding throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will certainly be back . more

The Hotel Pierre in Florence is great. It's a 4 star I think, and lived up to what I expect from a 4 star hotel. I thought the price was ok too, considering Florence is fairly expensive, as it's an in-demand tourist destination.
