Staff members (mostly family) are welcoming, friendly, helpful with even the smallest detail and ready to recommend shops, museums and restaurants. We were so comfortable in this hotel. The staff are warm, helpful accomodating. The hotel rooms are immaculate. Our room was facing a courtyard at the backside of the hotel. Hotel Casci is a wonderful place to stay in a great location.
