We had been referred to the Westin Excelsior, and we were not disappointed! We loved everything about it! close enough to walk to everything, but just a bit outside the noise and chaos! We overlooked the lovely River Arno, and the rooms and bathrooms are lovely! Staff is very helpful...top notch in every way! Would definitely stay here again! more
