5 star hotel with 7 star prices and 3 star service. We found the hotel to be very stuffy and far too formal on occasions. We received 'complimentary' water in the room only on the first night and when I enquired from staff we were given water for the second night but were charged on departure! We stayed in March and it was 25 degrees centigrade outside but there was no air conditioning available in the room.
