We stayed at Soleado for 3 nights and overall it was a fairly pleasant experience. The breakfast is basic but did the job. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Had to come to Sicily to visit my uncle's war grave in Catania and almost booked a hotel there. Changed our mind at the very last minute and what a great decision that was. We had a two day stay here in the middle of June and found it to be an inexpensive hotel in Taormina. It is in a good location with a great view. 10 minute walk to the centre of Taormina. Roberto and his family are extremely friendly and helpful. Not to easy to find by car and they charge 8euros... more
