Of all the places we went and stayed at, the people here at the Albergo Vicenza were horrible. The room was passable and the beds sunk but would recommend the room for anyone who was on a budget. Loved the location. But again, the receptionists were unfriendly, wouldn't give much information, and were not pleasant until check-out. Oh well... more
