Stayed one night. Booked a triple room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Spotless bathroom. Breakfast was adequate, continental style. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. This was useful, because on a bus journey to the Opera we were accosted and lost an expensive camera. Police on the street not helpful, so we were assisted by the Hotel staff... more

My wife and I booked this hotel the night before we came to Verona and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and size of our room. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was huge! There were wood floors in our room and the room was quiet. Not sure why others on Trip Advisor mentioned noise being a problem.... more

We had tickets to see Aida but could not find a centrally located hotel so chose the Palace. On arrival, from the outside, we were terribly disappointed as it looks pretty shabby but pleasantly surprised once inside. The staff were very friendly and the hotel lays on a shuttle bus to the Opera which only takes about 20 minutes. The... more

This is a nice, clean, friendly hotel, with good breakfast and reasonable prices. However, they are not, CONTRARY TO THEIR WEBSITE, "centrally colated", but a good half hour walk from the center where you would want to go. The insulations is very bad and you hear every guest walking and getting into the room and, if it is clse enough,... more

Location off center of city (about 30 min. walk). Good parking facility. Very nice reception and room but very little carpeting so resounding. In spite of beeing "very nice" it is not cosy. The bar pianist sounded like he was playing in a cathedral. Speaking of the bar, it was mostly closed. more

We left our booking for the first weekend of the Opera a little late, and so couldn't find a central hotel. We were thus pleasantly surprised by the Palace and were happy to have found it. It is a good 25 min walk to the historic centre of town, or one can take a public bus from very nearby. Our... more

A bit far from center - 20 min walking - has all other favourable conditions in double. Very kind and cooperative personel, very nice rooms, modern, confortable, very clean, enough space. Bathroom is a must, mainly shower space where you can have a "double" bath, you can seat, you can... Breakfast (buffet) is also good and quite varied. The yogurt... more

If you can afford it go for the Junior Suite. Its a real blast with the double whirlpool bath. It is very spacious and for the extra you pay worth it. I think we paid $200 which is modest by some Verona prices. The breakfast is good if unimaginative. We only ate once in the resturant and that was again... more

This is a very comfortable, medium sized, modern hotel outside the centre of Verona but only 20 minutes walk to the centre. The walk into the centre is pleasant and is along the river for a good part of the way. There are plenty of taxis in the city centre if you don't fancy the walk back. The rooms are... more
