This hotel is located near the San Basilio shuttle boat stop. We found the service excellent: The front desk and breakfast staff were always friendly and helpful. Sited on a quiet canalside location near the very lovely San Sebastion church. It had the benefit of access to lovely little trattoria like Bitte, charming side streets and a 10min walk to two different stops for the water bus. Paula on reception was charming and helpful without being obtrusive. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. more

This is a nice hotel situated in a quiet area of Venice but is only a two minute walk to the front. It's approx 10 minutes to St Marcs Square.
