This hotel was not what we expected at all. It was a last minute change of plan due to vacancy problems elsewhere. We stayed in the Mirror room, very modern, if not a bit too holiday inn-ish when staying in Venice and seeking an Italian feel. Bathroom great, very good shower, lovely decor throughout. When I booked this room ... I couldn't have been more excited. The pictures looked AMAZING and the price was incredibly reasonable. I made a big mistake though ... We are a young couple who just got back to Canada after spending a month travelling all over Europe. This hotel was hands down the best we stayed in. The hotel itself is gorgeous.
