We would definately stay here again when in Venice. In an ideal position only a few minutes walk from St Marks, shops, restaurants and museums. Only 2-3 minutes walk from the waterbus stop. We spent 6 nights at Zaguri B&B, it was during Christmas time. The room was nice, quite spacious as for a double room, with a bathroom - perfectly clean and pleasantly warm. Location: Located 10 min walk from San Marco Square and 2 min walk from S.M. Giglio vaparetto station. Considered rather central and it is located right next to a canal which is nice. We had a quad room, which was very spacious. The bathroom was great, we actually had a shower, that worked. The breakfast was adequate, nothing to fancy, but for the price we couldn't complain. The location was key when we chose this location, we wanted something that was central, and you can't get much more central. I would definately stay... more

I had a bit of trouble booking a good value hotel in historic Venice for a couple of nights in July. Stayed here as two couples in two rooms and practically had the whole place to ourselves. Staff are very friendly, except the cleaner/breakfast woman who gets hacked off if you're not out for breakfast by 9am.
