The hotel is relatively close to the transport hub but some distance on foot from Venice attractions. This in itself is not a major problem as a 24hr or longer vaporette pass is the best way to get around. Having visited Venice many times over the last 20 years I never imagined that I would want to stay in a hotel near the railroad station.
