A private house, they let the rooms. Clean (the sheets, the towels, the floor) Placed quite near to the central station, about a 15 minutes walk to St.Marco square once you understand the directions on Venice map (which is not trivial) The breakfast was alright The only weird thing was the shower, which is placed right above the toilet.
