This was a quiet, very clean B&B in a quiet part of Venice. The staff was friendly and helpful and the garden beautiful. Our bathroom was newly renovated, large and elegant, and we had a window onto the garden as well as one onto the street. It was a great place to stay in busy Venice. more

I have stayed many times in Venice, in different hotels. This is an excellent choice if you compare price/what you get. * Friendly people * always good answers/helpful Value for money more

I had booked a reservation at a different hotel in Venice, and upon arrival there I ran into a few problems, so my husband and I walked down the street o find a new place and we ran into this hotel. I loved it. They were very accommodating from the beginning. They were able to give us a double room... more

Wonderful little place! The room was much bigger then most of our one star hotel rooms. There was a sink in the room which was very convienent and the inclusive breakfast in the morning was served very elegantly in their little atrium sitting area out side. The staff was so pleasant and the location couldn't have been better, right next... more

While it was very pretty and a very good location close to fondamente Nova, we had problems at check in, were not guaranteed the 24 hour reception promised, and had a frequent wait for the bathroom. We booked a twin room with a shared bath. I don't know how many rooms had to share, but there was a half bath... more

This is not a luxurious hotel but I didn't want to spend alot of money. It is in a charming area of Venice a bit away from the main tourist action. The rooms are simple and clean. The courtyard is inviting and the staff is wonderful. I loved the breakfast and the relaxed atmosphere. I also loved taking the Vaporetto... more

If you're looking for a place that's centrally located, where you can easily stop back at your room several times a day, Casa Boccassini is probably not for you. If you want a peaceful and charming place to retreat at the end of the day, and you'd like to stay closer to the "locals" than all the tourists, this is... more

Hotel Boccasini was a great find in Venice. You must take the vaporetto a few stops to get there, but once you get off, there are signs pointing you towards the hotel. Quick access by vaporetto to Murano, and within walking distance to most of the sights in Venice. There is also a breakfast in the cute garden complete with... more

This hotel is very charming. It is located on a quiet out of the way place. The garden was lovely, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was a basic continental one. The price was about 10 Euro. A bit hard to find and away from San Marco which can be a pain since it is easy to get lost... more

We stayed during the carnival in Venice. Boccassini was a nice oasis of rest in the hectic citycentre. San Marco, Rialto, the Railwaystation, Strada Nuove are nearby and the Vaporette is just a one minute walk. Also nice & payable restaurants nearby like Mia Casa (Calle dell´Oca). The rooms of Boccassini are small, but bathroom and room are very clean.... more
